The National Weather Service in Pueblo has issued a red flag
warning, which is in effect from noon to 9 PM MDT Saturday. The
Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.

* Affected area... fire weather zones 220... 222... 223... 224 and
225.

* Winds... west 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

* Impacts... conditions favorable for the rapid growth and spread
of fires will be likely today and again on Saturday.

* Haines... 6 or high potential for large plume dominated fire
growth.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
