noon CST Tuesday...

two tenths of an inch are possible.

* Where... portions of north central and northeast Kansas.

* When... from 6 PM this evening to noon CST Tuesday.

* Additional details... the ice will result in difficult travel
conditions, including during the morning commute on Tuesday.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of freezing rain
will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery roads.
Slow down and use caution while driving. The latest Road
conditions for the state you are calling from can be obtained by

Light freezing rain is being reported over portions of north
central Kansas early this morning. Ice amounts are forecast to be
light, but could still create slippery spots on elevated surfaces,
bridges, sidewalks, and lesser traveled roads. Please exercise
caution if you encounter any freezing rain this morning.
