snow accumulations of 1 to 4 inches for storm totals of 3 to 6
inches. The highest totals expected to be over Bay, Midland,
and Huron counties. Any additional ice accumulations a tenth of
an inch or less.

* Where... Bay, Huron, Saginaw, Sanilac, Midland, and Tuscola
counties.

* When... until noon EST today.

* Additional details... plan on snow covered and slippery Road
conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning
commute.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Expect slippery
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.

Snow will persist across the area during the early morning hours,
possibly mixed with some sleet at times. Snowfall rates will be
highly variable across the region. Some locations will however
experience snowfall rates up to a half in per hour. Drivers can
expect snow covered and slick roads this morning.
