high as 45 mph will cause areas of blowing and drifting snow.
Strong winds return again Sunday, with near-whiteout conditions

Saturday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Sunday morning
through Sunday evening.

* Additional details... reductions in visibility are likely due to
blowing snow, especially in open areas. Rural roads may become
impassable. Plan on the potential for difficult travel
conditions Sunday. Winds gusting as high as 40 to 60 mph Sunday
could cause significant blowing and drifting snow, especially in
open areas.
