* At 09am Thursday the stage was 7.8 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Forecast... rise above flood stage on Friday April 20 and crest near
  10.6 feet on Monday April 23.
* At stages near 10.3 feet... 473rd Avenue north of the gauge begins to
  flood.
