The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a

* urban and small stream flood advisory for...
southeastern Portage County in central Wisconsin...
Waushara County in central Wisconsin...
southwestern Waupaca County in northeastern Wisconsin...

* until 400 PM CDT.

* At 105 PM CDT, radar indicated showers along with isolated
thunderstorms continuing in the area from Stevens Point to
Wautoma. Some of this area has already received rainfalls of up to
two and a half inches since early this morning. Showers will
continue to affect this area during the afternoon with another
inch or two of rain possible. This will raise the risk of minor
flooding of low spots on the roads and in parking lots and
ditches.

* Some locations at risk of experiencing minor flooding include...
Waupaca, Wautoma, Redgranite, Amherst, Plainfield, Chain O'
Lakes-King, Hartman Creek State Park, Plover, Silver Lake and Pine
River.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Runoff from the rainfall will cause flooding of small creeks and
streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other drainage areas and low lying spots. Be sure to avoid these
areas until the water subsides.
