A Cold Arctic High and Aches and Pains

The blizzard is over now comes a cold arctic high that follows winter storms in Manitoba. I think Abbey and me will stay home again today. Yesterday was just too cold and windy to go for our daily walk. When it warms up a bit I'll have check for dog droppings. Now that I am getting older the cold gets right into my bones.
I go to my doctor today to find out why I having so many aches and pains. It probably thr hernias. Hopefully he can speed up the operation to...

Blizzard Conditions on the Northern Edge Persist

Yesterday was blowing and snowing so me and Abbey stayed home and missed our daily walk. Today the snow has quit but the wind and wind chills are high again today. I think I'll stay inside and keep warm.
There is a blowing snow statement today for the Northern Edge.
There is very little snow in my driveway, most of the snow just blew across but beside the house there are some small drifts. They'll have to wait until the wind goes down.

The Snowstorm Is Here On the Northern Edge

The storm I said yesterday missed the Northern Edge is here today. There isn't much snow yet but my radar shows more on the way. It rained yesterday and the highways are hazardous.
The Queen had use the shopvac yesterday to suck up some seepage. The water table here is so high the water comes up through the basement floor.
Yesterday morning Abbey and me took a short walk in drizzle.
